Received Allahabad, cold weather, 1882-83. Read the enclosed from C.C.M. ; summon to your recollection, and then tell Sinnett the whole truth about the message which I gave you in London about the ;^ioo in Mrs. Billing's and Upasika's presence. Do not forget to state the conditions underwhich I spoke. Do not let H.P.B. see C.C.M.'s letter but returnit to Allahabad with your remarks.
